Attached is a new version of win_con.c that makes the following fixes
and improvements:
1. Bug fix: Font and color settings are now properly saved. They
used to only be saved the first time werl.exe was run, before a
registry key existed.
2. Improvement: Window size and position are saved between runs.
3. Improvement: Toolbar visible/hidden state is saved between runs.
I couldn't seem to get the right vim settings to match those used in
the Erlang source, so a bit of manual reformatting will be necessary.
Sorry about that!
I've been waiting for these fixes for years now, so I finally decided
to jump in and make them. I've tested them under Windows XP.
