What are the current impediments to getting fdserver to work with port
443? Seems like if this were possible, Yaws would be much easier to
deploy in place of more common servers like apache.

use_fdsrv = true | false
This feature makes it possible to bind to ports < 1024 even when
we're not running as root. It requires the Jungerl package
called fd_server to be properly installed.. The feature doen't
(yet) work with SSL.
