<  Erlang  ~  Starting a Linux terminal(tty) from erlang.

Hi all,

I need to start a Linux terminal(tty) from erlang and then be able to print some text on it(may be redirect "io:format" output to it).
I have got absolutely no clew! Any ideas would be appreciated.
