Hello,

Is it possible to broadcast a message to a particular queue/topic when a client connects/disconnects?

We did some exploratory work on a resource (i.e. exchange & queue)
lifecycle notification extension a while ago. See the 'bug19230' branch
in hg. Currently that work is on hold due to other, more important,
items taking precedence.

Could you explain your use case in a bit more detail?
