Consumer does not stop receiving messages but I see that the number of
messages waiting in the queue is growing.
> Do either the client or server max out the CPU?
No, CPU is normal (less that 10% is used)
> Does the binding creation continue to proceed after the point when you
observe the listener falling behind?
Yes it continues. By the way, binding creation take some time so I
created a kind of "administration channel pool" associated to a separate
connection taking only care of that
> How many bindings are you creating in total?
I am creating 1695 bindings in total
