Fix semantic error of http:request/4 when stream_to() in Options is set
to {self, once}

Fix the bug in lib/inets/src/http_client/http.erl of the following
behavior:
error handling when stream_to() = {self} in Options was
not executed whenb the stream_to() option is set to {self, once}.

Originally from FreeBSD port patch files.
