We have found some serious issues with the changes to the
Makefile for the odbc applications and therefore I have now
removed that commit from the mk/net-dragonfly-bsd-patches
branch included in pu. (I will push out the updated pu branch
later today.)

Specifically:

1. We have have a policy against using the -R flag
because it can cause problems when Erlang/OTP
is built on one computer and run on another.

2. ld on Mac OS X does not support the -R flag,
so the build will fail.

3. The build will fail if PREFIX is empty.
