This is a DHCP mulit-client alloctor.

It can be used either to allocate just one IP address or
a pool of IP addresses. It takes care of timeout handling
and renewal negotiation and can be plugged into any other
system due to some callback functions.

It makes use of the fd_server package to be able to open
the priveleged ports 67, 68.

To install, run: erlmerge -i dhcp
