The obvious next step here is try to find out why this fails.
Sprinkle the code in yaws_ctl:run_listen/1 with io:formats. The error
is most probably related to your chrooting or somesuch.

What is slightly odd here is that EADDRNOTAVAIL is not
reported in man page for listen() as an error.


Other possible paths forward is to comment out the call to listen()
and get to a point where the shell runs and work form there.
