<  Ejabberd mailing list  ~  ejabberd on port 80?

Hi,

I tried to run in on port 80. But I don't see a LISTEN on this port. The port is not used by the HTTP Server. My used ports before starting ejabberd:

On Unix-like systems, listening on ports below 1024 is restricted to
processes run by root. So you can either run ejabberd as root (not
recommended), or redirect port 80 to 5222 with a firewall rule.
