Hi again,
I have several moinmoin wikis that use an index.cgi as their index
file. How can I tell yaws to use index.cgi as an index file? By
default it doesn't seem to read it, and it's not clear to me how to
configure this.

Consider the attached patch perhaps? Then index would match the types
of scripts in 'allowed_scripts'.
