Greetings,
Is anyone starting yaws with additional '--erlarg' parameters to
increase performance/scalability? Some examples that come to mind
are:
* I/O threading (erl +A 256)
* SMP (erl -smp)
* kernel poll (erl +K true)
I have yaws in mind for a really high volume site. If one's platform
supports it, would enabling one or more of these help?

Great, thanks for that confirmation. How about HiPE? Is it
beneficial to compile one's own erlang code (appmods and the like)
with "erlc +native"? How about compiling yaws itself with HiPE, does
that make sense?

For the sake of this thread, "erl +P" looks like another candidate for
high volume sites:
+P Number
Sets the maximum number of concurrent processes for this system.
Number must be in the range 16..134217727. Default is 32768.
