Corrado Santoro and Francesca Gangemi have started a section of articles covering Erlang and Artificial Intelligence. The first contribution is a HowTo on using the ERESYE tool, an Erlang Inference Engine that allows rule-based systems to be written directly in Erlang. The article describe how to write a simple Artificial Intelligence application with Erlang, by using a rule production system.
