OK - I see my problem. I was reusing Data twice and that is why I was
not getting any output. I Did Data2="test" and then did
websocket_send(...., Data2) and that worked.
I did io:format of is_binary(Data) and that came back true.
I didn't see an error anywhere for trying to assign a value to an
already bound Data.
