<  Advanced Erlang/OTP  ~  Is yaws works at centOS 5.0 (64bit)?

I am trying to install yaws on centOS,
but its not working fine for me I tried in so many ways but didnt worked.
When I tried to copy paste a properly running yaws(ubuntu) to centOS caught a new error of wrong ELF classes.
So the doubt that comes to me is whether is it possible to run yaws on centOS(64bit) or it runs only at a 32bit OS.
Please Help
