Hi!
While using JInterface OtpMbox class, I found following problem.
Usually, OtpMbox.ping() methods is used as follows:
if ( mbox.ping(node, timeout) ) {
// the node is alive
}
As the timeout value is specified, this function should return after the amount of time.
But, when the power of the system of the 'node' is turned off, the mbox.ping() does not return. (or it took very very long time to return.)
Is there anybody who knows the solution for this problem? |
