<  Erlang bugs mailing list  ~  public_key documentation error - should read 'not_encrypted'

Hi,

In the descriptions of pem_to_der/1 and decode_private_key/1,2
in the public_key application, it says that CipherInfo can be
the atom 'no_encryption'. This is incorrect, it is actually the
atom 'not_encrypted'.

I've attached a patch, but it's not tested [1].

[1] I couldn't get the release docs from github to build.
Something about variable 'partnum' not been declared in
.../db_pdf.xsl (line 870). Probably just down to my setup.
