<  Erlang bugs mailing list  ~  Failures of Erlang 14A with LDFLAGS="-Wl,--as-needed"

Hi,

when building with above linker flags on Linux, a build failure appears
as shown in the attached build.log. Similar failures have been fixed
in the past already.

Attached is a patch to fix this issue, courtesy of Samuli Suominen of
Gentoo project.

include this fix in the (internal) pu-branch.
