<  Open Telecom Platform (OTP)  ~  camcorder

What type of camcorder should a traveller get? OK. I am from the U.S., and I will be going on a tour to Dubai, Singapore, and Mauritius. I need a camcorder that is able to play back its recorded videos by connecting it directly to the TVs in these places, all of which use different TV color systems. So what type of camcorder is best for me? My first preference is a MiniDV type camcorder.
