Ok, I'm stupid, I know 
How do I configure Yaws from REPOS (under Windows) to view included examples or to read files from a different directory. It currently only sees ../../lib/repos-1.4/yaws.
If it is possible, of course

Sorry for the late reply...earlier this year I had to work with Yaws
on Windows during what was supposed to be a vacation and my wife's
laptop had to do  ...
Here are the directory references you need to know in order to use
REPOS 1.4b2 with Yaws without having to do major surgery.
This is the yaws "docroot"...that is, when you run repos:start
(yaws), this is the http server's docroot.
$REPOS_ROOT\erlang\lib\repos-1.4\yaws
I simply moved the contents of this to a backup directory and used
this original directory for my app.
Your ebin/src/include directories go elsewhere:
create a directory for your app's erlang modules under:
$REPOS_ROOT\erlang\lib
Anything under this will be found by the REPOS path scheme.
oddly, I can't recall which of the 3 yaws.conf files (search the
tree, you'll find 3) is used when you call repos:start(yaws)...
I think it might have been
$REPOS_ROOT\erlang\lib\yaws-1.58\scripts\yaws.conf
hope this helps...although the process-one folks have indicated that
sometime this month we may have a better answer to these problems.
