<  Trapexit Forums  ~  User contributions as repository - CVS/SVN?

I have some questions regarding the User Contribution section:

Is the forum user contribution enough or should Trap Exit have a repository?
Should Trap Exit have something similar to jungerl?
Should Trap Exit mirror jungerl?
