thanks - It was a bug in the emulator poll loop. I just
reported the bug on the erlang list. I couldn't identify it -
hard to find bug.

I just restarted yaws.

The best (recommended) way to safeguard against this
class of bugs is to have an external process which makes sure
the yaws server indeed ships pages.
